Formed in 1971, Europa has grown to be one of the UK’s leading independent property and infrastructure support services company
We reported a 34% increase in Earnings Before Interest and Tax for the year (2009: 4.7m; 2008: 3.5m) and 29% increase in sales turnover (2009: 62.8m; 2008: 47.0m). We closed the year in a strong cashflow position and we are now approaching a 140m turnover company
We have a flexible FM delivery model; we will tailor a mix of services to suit the needs of individual clients and we can deliver services through partners or by using our own technical, maintenance, cleaning and security personnel (or by combining both)
We have around 2,500 employees
Our head office is in Welwyn Garden City in Hertfordshire with offices in Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Glasgow, Hamilton, Daventry, Bristol and Godalming
We work with over 50 customers right across the UK including blue chip companies such as CBRE, Capital Shopping Centres, United Utilities, HBOS and Thurrock Council, Lloyds Banking Group, Welsh Assembly Government, Department of Finance, Gateshead College
We focus on four market sectors – Corporate, Retail, Public and Utilities
We are different from many other companies operating in the sector due to our ability to self deliver a range of services as well as manage subcontractors via an integrated FM model, and now supported by specialist services teams including Workspace and Technical
