As a recruitment consultant your role will be challenging and varied, taking responsibility for both candidates and internal clients.  You will have a natural ability to build and maintain relationships, both internal and external and a service led approach to providing an excellent, first class, recruitment service.  You will be able to understand the needs of your clients and adapt your approach to meet specific requirements, while maintaining procedures and adhering to all relevant legislation.

The recruitment manager is a highly critical and strategic role in supporting Europa’s ambitious future growth. This is a newly created role within the company and the key focus will be the implementation of a robust recruitment strategy and process. Reporting into the support services director the recruitment manager will be expected to be operational in managing all recruitment, support the business with all recruitment needs and effectively manage the recruitment team.
