Europa are currently seeking a Communications Manager to take responsibility for internal and external communications.  This role is to provide communication advice, expertise and guidance to the Board and produce communication material for internal and external release.  Working with a high degree of autonomy the Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and ensuring delivery of a communication strategy covering both external and internal audiences that supports Europa’s vision and strategy, and improves awareness of, and confidence in, the corporate brand.
The successful individual will have experience of managing a communications function within the facilities management industry and a proven track record of building and maintaining effective media relations.
You would be based out of our Salford Quays, Manchester office, with the requirement for frequent travel to the Leeds office. Nationwide travel will also be required.
 

Europa are currently seeking a Planned Maintenance Assistant to assist in the efficient, cost effective delivery of maintenance services by the administration of the planned maintenance records within the CAFM system. As the Planned Maintenance Assistant within the Asset Management Department of the business you will be required to administer the planning, issuing and closing down planned tasks and administering instruction sets as required. You will be required to work closely with the in-house engineers, maintenance assistants, suppliers and contractors carrying out a job chase to ensure PPM’s are closed in a timely manner.
 

Europa are currently seeking a Customer Support Officer to support the Regional Manager with the day to day managing and maintaining the Companies offices. The role includes responsibility for account management for internal/external customers, providing cost effective services, a safe, secure and suitable working environment for all staff and customers.
The role of Customer Support Officer is a key one in the provision of facilities services.  The occupant is often the focal point for contact with end users and as such needs to present a flexible, enthusiastic and professional image at all times.
