Porter / Handyperson – Moreton – in – Marsh

Europa manages the soft services provision at The Fire Service College in Moreton - in - Marsh.  The Fire Service College is an award-winning leader in fire and emergency response training and one of the largest operational fire and rescue training colleges worldwide.
The Handyperson/Portering role will form part of the overall FM Team support function and will deliver all Portering and Handyperson functions within the core operating business hours.
This will include setting up rooms, movement of goods and equipment and basic building maintenance services.

Graduate Management Trainee (Business Development) - Salford Quays, Manchester

Are you a recent graduate, with a confident outgoing personality that is looking to gain more experience in a corporate environment? If so this is a superb training opportunity for you to join our graduate management trainee programme.

You will have graduated with a degree in a business related discipline and have a desire to build a career in a business development role. 

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary central bid team, the successful applicant will help to drive the bid preparation process. The Graduate Management Trainee will be responsible for researching key target markets and industries. This will include conducting market surveys to obtain information about potential customers and updating the central CRM (database) system accordingly.

On a daily basis the Graduate Management Trainee would ensure communication with prospective clients to build up key information with a view to developing a robust pipeline of relevant opportunities for each business sector. This role offers the opportunity to gain structured exposure in a fast moving business development function, working as part of a team bidding for national multi-million pound opportunities.

The recruitment process for this position will involve attendance at a group assessment day. This critical, client-facing role encompasses the delivery of key business objectives, the financial management and control and operational management of all services delivered to the client, customers and the clients’ customers at the Fire Service College.
The role will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating a large team of customer focused staff, many of whom will be multi-skilled.
You will be an excellent communicator, decision maker, and an inspirational people manager, with a good all-round knowledge and understanding of delivering hotel like services within a hospitality/hotel like environment.

Account Manager – Facilities Management

Europa are currently seeking a commercially competent, enthusiastic and flexible Account Manager to assist with the development and delivery of business opportunities and customer service excellence working within a key account focused structure.


Working in close conjunction with fellow Account Managers you will report directly to the Account Director. This critical, client-facing role encompasses the delivery of key business objectives, the financial management and control and the hands on daily operational management of a contract within a high profile key account within the Europa business.


The role will involve the day to day management of FM services to our clients’ property portfolio of multi-site, multi-service disciplines along with identifying future business opportunities, developing and delivering our service models in line with our strategic organisational objectives to become a ‘Supplier and Employer of Choice’.


As the Account Manager within the Corporate sector of the business you will lead, manage and delivery the day to day operational requirements of the contract, be an excellent communicator, a clear decision maker and be an approachable people manager with a good all-round knowledge of Employee Relations, considerable understanding of delivering both hard / soft service facilities management and have operated within either the commercial / property / retail sectors.


You will be results driven and have a track record to enable you to demonstrate the ability to drive operational improvement to ensure first class client relationships and the delivery of exceptional customer service levels are achieved at all times.

Please note: This role will require frequent travel throughout the UK.
