Europa appoints new Group Strategy Director

Iain’s prolific career in FM means his range of skills and strong strategic thinking will add immeasurable value to Europa and create a dynamic new element to the business.

Iain currently fulfils a number of key roles and offices within the FM industry.  He acts as the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) representative on the Board of Global FM (the worldwide association of associations), and as Deputy Chair.  His association with the BIFM is extensive lasting over 12 years.  He was Scottish Regional Chair for four years before his move to National Chair and then Chairman for two years. 

Additionally, Iain is Chair of the Asset Skills Scotland FM Employers Forum where he helped launch the FM apprenticeship programme throughout Scotland and introduced further and higher education programmes.
