Europa launch ‘evolve’ leadership programme

The programme, branded ‘evolve’, has been created to discover, identify and develop ability and expertise.  Aligned to the Institute of Leadership and Management framework, it also allows participants to work towards an industry recognised national qualification.

The programme was designed by the company to meet a specific set of management behaviours identified as being crucial to high performance.  Its goal is to improve motivation and productivity through employee engagement and, as an effect, further improve the service experience for the company’s clients.
