1The factor for electricity has been changed slightly from the previous guidelines to come into line with calculations for the Climate Change Levy Agreements and future requirements for Emissions Trading.  It was calculated on the projected fuel mix for the grid 1998-2000.  Actual figures may differ from the projections, but to help with year on year comparisons we plan to use a constant value for the purposes of these guidelines until the year 2010.
